Process

This time, the survey team planned to visit the forex broker Yuanta Futures in Hong Kong, China. According to public information, its office address is Room 1304, 13/F, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a meticulous plan. They conducted a field verification of the broker Yuanta Futures claiming to be located at the address.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at Hoi Fu Centre, located in the bustling area of Admiralty, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is clean and the commercial atmosphere is strong. However, no signage or related information of the company was found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief conversation, obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 13th floor, the inspection personnel found that there was no obvious signage for the Yuanta Futures office area on that floor, nor any relevant security measures. Since no information about the company was found in the building, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the interior, could not take photos of the reception desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, as they could not enter, the inspection personnel were unable to observe the internal environment of the company, and the overall situation was unclear. After arriving, they confirmed the address, but found no information about the broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed them that this company did not exist, so it was determined to be false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Yuanta Futures does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Yuanta Futures, but at its publicly displayed business address, they did not see the company name or other information of this broker, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decision after comprehensive consideration.
