Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging offshore financial forex market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the Middle East's financial hub, it brings together a large number of forex brokers operating in the Middle East and North Africa region. The industry is highly active, but market information transparency varies. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This time, as planned, we visited forex broker Greede on site in the UAE. According to public information, its office address is Churchill Towers, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced team, driven by the mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Greede, which claims to be located at Churchill Towers, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

We successfully arrived at the Churchill Towers building, which is located within an ultra-luxury office building cluster in downtown Dubai. It is surrounded by continuous high-end commercial office buildings and supporting business facilities. The overall environment is clean and luxurious, with a strong commercial atmosphere.

We conducted a thorough search around the exterior of the building and found no company signage or related promotional information bearing Greede.

We entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and stated our purpose to the security personnel. After identity registration and communicating our intentions, we successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby. However, after checking the wayfinding/directory area in the lobby, we found that the building does not have a complete tenant directory board, and there was no floor guidance information indicating Greede at all. In addition, the address information publicly provided by the broker is itself incomplete, with no specific floor indicated, making it completely impossible to confirm the company's actual location.

Due to the lack of information and the building's strict security management, we were unable to go to the corresponding specific floor to verify the location. Throughout the process, we found no office area for Greede, and naturally there was no clearly marked company office space. There was no way to enter the company, no opportunity to photograph the front desk or its LOGO, and the site was not a shared office.

Throughout the process, we were unable to enter the company's internal areas, unable to observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities, and were completely unable to substantiate the broker's claimed Dubai office presence.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Greede does not exist at the publicly indicated address above.

Conclusion

We made an on-site visit to the forex broker Greede in the UAE as planned. However, we could not find any relevant information such as the broker's company name at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Please make your selection after considering all factors.
