Minimum Deposit
Six live trading accounts are listed on FBS platform: Cent, Micro, Standard, Zero-spread, ECN and Crypto accounts. The minimum initial deposit of the cent and crypto accounts is $, sounds the good option for news traders to get started. The ECN account is abviously for seasoned traders, with the minimum initial deposit of $1,000.

Spreads & Commissions
For FBS Standard and Cent accounts, the minimum spread is 0.5 pips for EURUSD, 2.1 pips for EURGBP, 10 pips for XAUUSD, 2 pips for XAGUSD, 1 pip for Alibaba stock, 1 pip for Amazon stock, 3 pips for USOil, and 1 pip for UKOil. FBS calculates tradng costs into spreads.

Customer service is not something most traders will ever use, but FBS has a multi-lingual support staff available 24/7. Since the Forex market is closed on weekends, it is unclear why support staff would be available or if it indeed is. E-mail support certainly remains available at all times.
