My trading account 501******, during the period from 15:27 to 15:30 on September 4, 2026, held XAUUSD gold long orders with a preset stop loss of 4469. The platform quotes experienced a near $30 gap between 15:30:00 and 15:30:01 (directly jumping from 4470.52 to 4441.05), rendering the stop loss ineffective, and the order was actually executed at 4441.05, causing severe losses. Afterward, I complained to customer service, who explicitly stated, 'Here it shows there is no stop loss quote for you,' and refused to provide the complete trading log and LP liquidity quote records, and refused compensation. Demand: Full compensation for additional losses caused by abnormal slippage.
My TMGM trading account 50182755. During the period from September 3 to 4, 2026, a total of four orders experienced abnormal slippage, rendering stop losses ineffective. Details are as follows:
1. On September 3 at 15:28, sell order #376784285, stop loss 4450, actual execution 4456.77, loss of $145.65.
2. On September 3 at 15:28, sell order #376784501, stop loss 4449, actual execution 4456.77, loss of $137.85.
3. On September 4 at 15:27, buy order #377944858, stop loss 4466, actual execution 4441.05, loss of $455.70.
4. On September 4 at 15:28, buy order #377946366, stop loss 4469, actual execution 4441.05, loss of $461.70.
The quote table provided by the platform shows that on September 4 at 15:30:00, the quote was still 4470.52, and at 15:30:01 it directly jumped to 4441.05, a gap of nearly $30 within 1 second. Normal gold slippage does not exceed 1-3 points, and even during major market movements it does not exceed 50 points. This slippage reached 2500-2800 points, which is clearly abnormal. After the complaint, the customer service even said, 'Here it shows there is no stop loss quote for you,' and refused to provide the complete LP liquidity quote logs and execution logs, and refused compensation. Demand: Full compensation of $1200.90 for losses caused by abnormal slippage, and request the platform to provide complete trading logs to prove the reasonableness of the slippage.
