The platform has repeatedly refused my withdrawal requests. When I contacted customer service, they explained that the bank refused payment because the name did not match. I contacted customer service many times and provided all my ID card and bank card information, which was completely error-free. However, customer service kept telling me to wait. I applied for withdrawals many times in succession but was never allowed to withdraw the funds. Contacting customer service always made me wait. On the surface, the platform seems fine, but in reality they definitely find various excuses not to allow withdrawals.
