XM
Dear Client, Hello, first of all, thank you for choosing XM and for your support! Your XM MT5 account is: 110537888. Regarding the order issue you complained about, we immediately reported it to the relevant department for a detailed investigation and give the following reply: Regarding your mention that on September 4 at platform time 15:30, during the release of the US Non-Farm Payroll data, at the time of the data release, you only had order #1701617045 sell order of 0.03 lots of Gold open, with a stop loss price set at 4460.03. This order was closed after the data release because it hit the stop loss price. The closing price was not exactly the same as the price you set. Regarding the stop loss orders #1704236963 and #1704238927 during the CPI data release on September 11, trading 0.03 lots of Gold buy orders and 0.05 lots of Gold sell orders, with stop loss prices set at 4333.39/4333.2. After the data release, they were closed due to hitting the stop loss price. The closing prices were not exactly the same as the prices you set. Firstly, XM operates on a hedging mode, and all client orders are executed at market price. After verification, when your orders were executed, the market was highly volatile. Market quotes do not fluctuate point by point in sequence. When the market price reaches your set stop loss price, the system triggers a closing order. However, rapid increases or decreases in the market price may cause the execution price of your order to differ from your request. Secondly, the setting prices for take profit and stop loss are both hypothetical

First time trading data at their place, and the non-farm froze for almost 5 minutes, CPI directly killed my order, my short order normally should have been profitable.
