The staff has completed processing

On July 3, 2026, I conducted XAUUSD trading on the GTC platform. Due to severe server lag, my closing order was delayed by 139 seconds before execution, preventing timely stop-loss, resulting in liquidation with a loss of approximately $600. I have extracted the complete MT5 system logs, which clearly record: 09:08:43.951 Trades '51131628': market sell 0.02 XAUUSD ... placed for execution in 139190.149 ms 139190.149 ms = 139 seconds = 2 minutes 19 seconds For comparison, the opening order on the same day took only 191 ms (placed for execution in 191.202 ms), proving normal network conditions and that the delay was entirely due to the platform's internal server processing. Platform response: I have filed a formal complaint with the GTC platform, but they refused compensation, claiming it has nothing to do with the platform. Demand: Request that the GTC platform compensate for the liquidation loss of $600 caused by server delay.
