1- Event Summary I am a client of AUS Global platform, account number 6886636. On May 22, 2026, at 20:55:30 (time shown on the trading platform), I placed a short position on US crude oil XTIUSD for a total of 2 lots, with an opening price of 96.858 USD. On May 24, 2026, at 22:01:03 (time shown on the platform), I closed the position. Before closing, the real-time trading price displayed on the MT5 software was 92.2 USD. Based on the real-time quote shown on MT5, the profit from the 2-lot short position was 9,316 USD. At 22:01:03 on May 24, 2026 (platform time), I closed the entire position. At the moment the pending order was closed, the execution price directly changed from 92.2 USD to 109.84 USD, and the account went from a profit of 9,316 USD to a huge loss of 24,452 USD. 2- Core Issue: Phantom Price What infuriates me is that I opened the AUS Global MT5 trading software's own data source. The 30-minute candlestick chart for XTIUSD during that period shows: open price 92.9 USD, high 93.15 USD, low 91.439 USD, close 92.155 USD. The price of 109.84 USD simply does not exist on the candlestick chart, nor has it appeared in the last 20 days of candlestick charts. Even more outrageous is that I held a short position. The candlestick chart shows the price plummeting to 92.2 USD. The short position should have made a huge profit of 9,316 USD, but instead it was forced liquidated by a phantom Ask price. This is absolutely not a slippage that could cause a difference of 17 USD; it is a complete price anomaly. 3- Abnormal Spread At the time of closing, the real-time quote for closing the short position was 92.2 USD, but the actual execution price was 109.84 USD, resulting in a spread of 17.64 USD (approximately 1,764 points). In reality, the normal spread for XITUSD on AUS Global account is typically about 0.024 USD (approximately 2.4 points). This spread is 735 times the normal value, which is extraordinarily absurd. 4- Stop-Loss System Failure The account equity directly fell to -24,452 USD (negative), with a margin level of -2,445.2%. AUS Global's setting is to close positions normally at 30% margin level, but it did not close normally when the margin level reached 30%. Instead, it allowed the equity to cross zero and become negative. 5- My Demands 1) AUS Global must provide the tick data and liquidity provider quote records for that period. 2) Full compensation for my losses (1,000 USD principal + 9,316 USD profit + 24,452 USD over-loss = total 34,768 USD). 3) Written apology and acknowledgment of the failed liquidation. 4) If not resolved, I will formally complain to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, as well as the Australian ASIC department, the Cyprus CySEC regulatory authority, the UAE SCA regulatory authority, and the Seychelles FSA, etc. Evidence as follows
