My trading account with TMGM is 527713, and the first deposit into the account was made on 2020.9.21. I am a long-term client. Over the past 7 years, our cooperation has been consistently good, and there have never been any unpleasant incidents. However, on 2026.3.23, the platform suddenly froze for 10 minutes, preventing me from closing my profitable trades. I immediately took screenshots and recorded videos, sending them via email to the platform. The platform replied and asked me to wait 3-5 days. I waited, but after 5 days, the platform did not respond. I then engaged with them again, and they asked me to wait another 2 days, stating that the matter had been escalated to the senior department for urgent handling. I believed them. As of today, 11 working days have passed, and the platform is still telling me to wait for a reply, claiming they are handling it urgently. The platform's repeated evasiveness and breach of trust have left me extremely disappointed. As a senior trader with TMGM, facing such an obvious error, they have chosen to evade and act in bad faith. With such a lack of integrity and credibility, I ask the platform: 1. Where is your regulation? How do you ensure the safety of client funds? 2. Where is your integrity? You promised to resolve it in 3-5 days, but 11 days have passed and you are still stuck, saying it's being handled urgently. 3. Why did the platform freeze occur? Given the video evidence, do you acknowledge the freezing incident? 4. How are clients' legitimate demands guaranteed? Since the freeze has occurred and caused the client to miss profits on trades that were already profitable, the client only requests the deletion of these three trades. Is this demand reasonable?
