The email indicated that my trading pattern violated the bonus reward program and stated that my account would be closed. I did not even use the bonus provided by the platform. Additionally, the email mentioned that I would no longer be allowed to register an account on the platform in the future. If, for any reason, I manage to open a trading account with the company or its affiliated companies, regardless of whether there is evidence of violations of the company's terms and conditions, any profits generated will be revoked, and my deposited funds will be refunded through the original deposit channel. The email did not explicitly state that I would be prohibited from withdrawing the proceeds from this transaction. However, the platform directly closed my account and prevented me from making withdrawals. I request an investigation into this matter.

I use the XM platform for trading. After making a profit, they won't allow me to withdraw funds, and they even closed my account directly. I can't even log in to the backend. They said I was using their bonus for arbitrage. I don't understand what that means. I clearly didn't use the bonus they gave me; the bonus is still there, but the profits I earned are not allowed to be withdrawn. When I asked the platform, they said to refer to the email content. The email didn't tell me how to withdraw either. They don't say anything when you lose money, but as soon as you make a profit, they won't let you withdraw. How is this different from a scam platform, I hope this will be investigated
