I tried to refresh the website to log in at 20:00, and my account burned at 20:30. The website got back to normal at 21:30, and I logged in and deposit money immediately to demonstrate that it's unavailable to deposit in advance due to website's issue, instead of that I didn't want to do so. The customer service said that their specialist would contact me. But it's been for long and no one reached out to me.

本人于4月28日发现我账户有些扛不住，于是准备入金加保证金，可是我20:00发现GMI官网网站登录不上去，试了两个手机一台电脑都登不上去，眼看着我的账户爆仓，我爆仓的时间为20:31-32，三笔单子，也没有联系平台的渠道，没办法补仓。 后来官网可以登录是在21:31，我登录进去通知客服官网崩了，期间我都不知道怎么联系平台，后来登录上我又入了金以证明我的账户当天是可以入金的，但我己经爆仓了于事无补。 在我有GM网站故意崩掉的证据，有登录视频有代码和截图，有通话记录，在铁证面前还咬定是我的网络原因。 我不接受GM!得拔网线行为，这与我的网络无任何关系，当时我用电脑也显示我登录不上去，我要求GMI对我进行合理的赔偿，本金十利润，GMI官网有义务保持网站的畅通用来我对资金的调配。 我也不知道GMl是真心或者是假意调查，他们的技术部门只要看了我得视频和图片就知道那时是网站的问题，登录如果是网络问题就不会出现一大堆代码+客服电话打不通，gmi也证实了我没打他们的客服，我打了但没打通，有通话记录。 为何GM官网登录在我快要爆仓之前登陆出了问题，在我爆仓之后他们的登录又重新恢复了，这是赤裸裸的拔网线行为，吃我头寸，最下流，最令人不齿。
