I closed all my positions on March 30, 2023, and submitted an application for withdrawing $3,400 (there was a total of $3,456 in my account). I received the message from MSG in the afternoon, April 4, 2023, stating that my withdrawal was rejected due to in violation of trading regulation. So I contacted the MSG customer service immediately by line, who would check the information with the financial department. However, as of this morning, I haven't received any reply why my withdrawal was rejected, and they just kept me waiting for the reply from the financial department. Last time, I waited for two weeks after my withdrawal application was not approved for the reason they claimed that Visa checked my trading record. So I asked if the credit card would be unavailable for a deposit, and MSG replied that credit card could be used when depositing money. So I am confused about the violation of trading regulation. I also sent an email to support@msgforex.com, but it was returned. And the company phone number presented on the website does not exist.

I have finished the withdrawal of $4,700. But all my positions had been closed last week, and on the fourth day of the withdrawal I received a letter signaling that I was in violation of trading regulation. I didn't trade after March 30, so how could I be in violation of regulation? I submit a withdrawal application of $3,400 this time. It seems that the platform always gave me a hard time when I withdrew money every time.

On March 16, 2023, I applied for a withdrawal of USD 4,700, and on March 24, 2023, I still cannot get any status update of the withdrawal. Customer service keeps saying it's still under review. The customer service asked me to write to support@msgforex.com, but the letter could not be sent. The customer service said to help me pass it to the finance department, but there was no positive response. The phone number on the official website is empty.
