Thank you for reaching out to us. In reference to your withdrawal problem, there have 5 withdrawal applications submitted in account between February 17 and February 27. But these were failed for the following reason that the amount of money withdrawn exceeds the maximum of amount transferred daily of customer's bank account A. Although the customer tried to withdraw the money into bank account B, the application was revoked for not being unable to submit related bank statement to verify the payment method of the account B. The customer resubmitted withdrawal application again via bank account B on March 2, and provided the bank statement as required the next day. On March 3, the money withdrawn was transferred to the payment provider after the successful verification of payment mothed.

My withdrawal of 2598.95 was rejected due to the technical problem claimed by platform. I was refused to withdraw money twice, which is just incredible. If so, all customers would have been rejected every day. So what’s the point of withdrawal? There is just deposit and no withdrawal. If there's a technical problem, you can try to transfer money one more time. I have submitted three withdrawal applications, but haven't received the money. Being cheated appears highly possible.
