一直在XM交易,因为XM广告满天飞,以为他们实力很强。近期登录客户中心发现网站经常异常无法登陆,到其他论坛已经看到XM有大量客诉,不建议再在此平台交易。 因为在XM交易时间长,也懒得换平台所以一直很相信他们。但是近期发生的事情让我对XM这个平台完全失去了信心,客服无作为,相关部门处理事情滞后,完全没有大公司的做事风格,连小作坊都比不上。 11月10日晚美日暴跌,我本身下的单子不大,496美金下了0.4手,当我准备登录账户入金后锁上单子明朗再操作,发现XM网站根本登录不上,显示网站正在维护中,联想到以前从没出现网站维护中我换了浏览器重复登录了好长来时间才登陆上。 当我正在入金时,又是交易员无人接单。(以前一直有这种情况,找客服后马上可以入)这次是客服也联系不上,一直显示连接中,用银联入金一直都是无交易员接单,入不了金只能眼睁睁看着账户爆仓,损失496美元。 11号终于登录上网站第一时间跟客服反应情况,客服回复会让相关部门查实再给我回复,同时让我耐心等待,到时候会有邮件详细说明。 从11号开始到18号,我等了整整8天,每天问客服都只有一句话相关部门在核实,具体回复时间不知道,客服也没有权限干涉,让我耐心等待。 到今天为止邮件依然没有,忍不住又问了客服,回复相关部门已经查实,网站正常运营,入金通道正常,等了八天连一个正式邮件回复都没有只有撩撩几句就把责任撇清了,可想而知XM已经牛到了不把任何客户放在眼里。 我发的网站登录不上截图,会员登录不上截图,入金无交易员接单截图通通置之不理,反复强调他们入金没有问题网站没有问题,而且整整8天在我多次督促后再回复了这几个字。 在这里我正式投诉,要求XM补偿我因为他们网站问题导致我无法入金账户爆仓损失的496美元。
