本人在11月16在柯尔凯思平台新开户，17日做了一单原油的多单，熬了一晚上想着第二天涨上去了盈利出掉，可是第二天上午柯尔凯思平台在没有任何短信和邮件通知的情况下强行平了我的仓位，上午原油最高涨到了82.60左右，让我损失了连手续费一起将近2000美金，本人要求平台赔偿我所损失的全部费用
