1. With respect to your withdrawal, you submitted three withdrawal applications in total on July 23 and July 29. After the withdrawal application, we emailed you on the same day that you were requested to provide the needed information for further withdrawal. Due to the failure to offer the information, the three applications were failed. And you submitted it again on August 1, and provided the required information on August 2, when the money had been transferred to the payment provider. But, in the light of the efficiency of payment provider, the customers generally will receive the money within five business days, excluding the Saturday and the Sunday. If you still have not received the funds, please provide the bank statement from August 2 to date for further investigation.
