我方在2022年5月31日提了一笔出金，金额为3416SUD。于6月14号仍未收到出金后邮件联系。之后山海证券投诉部负责人Tonny加了我方负责人Echo微信，沟通多次给我方的出金时间均未能兑现。山海负责人于7月1日、7月2日、7月5日、7月7日、7月8日均与我方负责人转达公司的承诺打款，直到7月9日0:50依然未收到承诺的打款。距离我方提交出金并显示成功已经过去了38天。我方在此公开并投诉山海证券此恶意拖欠出金行为，申请监督平台介入处理。
