我的交易账号是693141，我2月份开户交易到6月份，我是银联入金，6月13日我用加密货币出金被拒绝，然后我用银联出金时已无法提交出金申请，没有任何的理由，联系客服，客服让我联系客户经理，客户经理发邮件只回了一个我有一单违规，要扣除利润才能出金（钱在你们那，你们认定违规就是违规，我认了），但是他们现在没有任何人联系我，也不提我违规的单子，发邮件发邮件也没回，昨天还把我绑定的银联卡解绑，认定我的银联卡过期(申请出金需要绑定银联卡），账户依然无法申请出金
