In terms of your withdrawal problem, we find that you applied for withdrawal in the account on April 28, when the relevant department send an email to tell you to provide the informaion required for further checking. And we received the information in the afternoon of 29. Finally the money you withdrew was transferred from the system in the evening. According to the payment provider, the money will generally arrive in 5 business days, excluding the weekend. Besides, please note that it's probable that the withdrawal is delayed due to the May Day holiday. Sorry about this.

I first applied for withdrawal in the evening of April 27, and it's been three days, the money still hasn't been deducted from the trading account. However they kept delaying my withdrawal with kinds of excuses of unqualified email. This afternoon they replied that my email was approved with complete account information. But the money hasn't to date been transferred from the tradinng account and now the withdrawal expires. They always said that it was being dealt with as an emergency.
