I still can't withdraw the money for almost two months. It's impossible to get my money back.

I can't withdraw my money for two months. The bad platform kept delaying money transfer. Hope all the businesses of the platform shut down.

It has been 2 months that MultiBank group customer manager does not repliy the messages. Our fund has been withdrawn, but the withdrawal has not arrived for 2 weeks. Now, the MultiBank offical website and customer service does not solve the problems at all. They response with a united reply that all the Mainland customer service cannot withdraw. It is related to over 100 millions fund. Is there no one to handle this!!
