If all the information is filled in correctly, the funds are usually available in about 30 minutes to an hour. Regarding the deposit made by our client Li Yaosong, the client made a deposit at 8:39pm on October 26th and contacted our online customer service at around 10:30pm to process the deposit. However, the deposit was delayed because the client forgot to note down the transfer number in the message when he made the deposit.
