本人嘉盛账户今年3月份开始先后入金59000美金，交易一切正常，5月份第一次出金13500美金，资金到账用了3个工作日时间，也算正常。但是9月17日第二次出金10000美金时，就一路坎坷，至今未到账。当天申请的，当天交易账户就扣款了，但是资金确不能到账，多次打电话沟通无果，现在已经9月27号了，今天再次打电话，客服说是让我再等7个工作日，一直在忽悠我。希望帮忙督促，希望能在9月底之前到账，个人十一假期继续急需资金。
