我在9月17号上周五下的几笔德指订单，在9月20日这周一早上无法平仓，导致账户内资金全部亏损并穿仓，在早上点击平仓会自动跳转到账户页面，因为平台问题无法平仓。等到下午登录时，账户余额已经为负值，显示已经穿仓，导致我损失惨重，并且联系客服已经无人回答，登陆官网也是机器人回复，请解决我的账户亏损问题。打了客服电话也是一直让等回复。发了邮件给他们，也没有回复。
