查单申请你好，本人3061766账户在正常交易过程中，设置了正常止损点位，由于平台频繁严重滑点。直接导致本人损失约76美元。具体情况如图：1.单号23311406 buy设置止损1940.00，结果在1934.95平仓。额外损失5.05*0.06=0.303；2.单号23321222 buy设置止损1940.00，结果在1934.95平仓。额外损失5.05*0.03=0.1515；3.单号23315965 buy设置止损1940.00，结果在1934.95平仓。额外损失5.05*0.06=0.303；4.另外，其他大量止损单均出现不同程度的滑点。综上所述，今共出现明显额外损失0.7575*100=75.75美金。本人已提前设置好止损，平台没有依据设定参数完成交易，故此次额外损失应由平台承担。Tickmill平台的服务器响应时间在180MSms到630ms之间，行情波动稍快就会产生价格滑点，跟不上市场节奏。
