All our UnionPay USDT channel deposits are automatically processed by API. If the customer operates according to the payment channel prompt process, the API can be automatically credited to the customer's trading account after the payment channel confirms the payment. All abnormal orders caused by failure to follow the procedure will also be verified and processed as soon as we receive feedback from the payment channel. Since manual confirmation takes time, in this case, the time for receipt will be longer than the time for automatic receipt. It is not our responsibility that the deposit cannot be received in time due to the customer's own improper operation. As for what the customer said "every time the account is blown up before the account arrives", it is not true.

The deposit channel originally has time for the account to arrive, not the account will be received immediately, and the customer will only be able to deposit funds when the position is blown up. There is no control risk, and there is no guarantee that the account will be received immediately.

Accounts are frequently out of touch.

The funds are not in the account! The time lag is 5 hours. It should have arrived around 03:21, but it arrived at 04:29. It was one hour late.
