I began trading in Tickmill since 2016. Profits and losses are normal. I made a huge loss of nearly 900,000 between the end of 2019 and March, 2020. Then I deposited about 400,000  in succession. Then the amount of my account increased to over 800,000. I applied for withdrawal of 100,000 on the early morning of August 26. I contacted the customer service of the platform several times because of withdrawal delay. I can’t log in to account of background and MT4 after that. I contacted the customer service again and got a response that there was no fund in my account because I asked for closing my account.
