I have been a member of Lingfeng for over ten years. In the past two years, I suddenly noticed that it has repeatedly created artificial price gaps to maliciously deduct extra funds from clients. Even when there is clearly no price gap, it still maliciously deducts extra principal from clients. Complaints to customer service are always canned responses, with no results at all. This company is simply a crooked business.
