HFM cancels all profits and closes the account without providing specific evidence I am a customer of HFM (myHF ID: 67526888). After a period of normal trading, I suddenly received an email from HFM stating that my account was determined to be in violation of “Article 26 – Prohibited Trading”. HFM decided to cancel all profits, cancel the trading results, and terminate the business relationship with me. What I disagree with is that HFM does not specify which transactions are considered violations, nor does it provide any technical evidence, server logs (server logs), or specific explanation to prove this conclusion. The email only cites general terms without indicating specific actions. In my experience, I have placed manual trades . I have asked HFM to review the case and requested that they provide evidence and clearly explain the basis for the conclusion, but to date I have not received detailed information.I am posting this to warn investors and hope HFM will be more transparent in the complaint handling process.
