I traded normally without generating any profits, yet the platform accused me of violating trading rules. I have been waiting for over a month to withdraw my principal, but my withdrawal request has never been processed. I even submitted a video of myself holding my ID as required, which was still rejected. This platform is blatantly withholding users' principal illegally.
