I opened a long crude oil position on August 13 at the intended entry price of 91.136, yet the actual execution price was 91.868. The slippage was nearly 800 pips, putting my trade in loss immediately upon opening. My account suffered a blowout several hours afterwards. Up to now, the official side has not addressed my account issue.
