In April of this year, the D prime platform froze my account without any notification or email reminder. They simply froze it. When I contacted my account manager, they said I had violated regulations. I asked why, but they didn't respond; it was frozen without my knowledge. I've used the same Expert Advisor (EA) on many other platforms, and none of them have flagged me for violations. I've been trying to contact them via email until now, but they still won't unfreeze it. In total, over $4,000 USD has been frozen, including commissions and funds in my wallet and account.
