I wonder if any other traders have encountered this situation. During the Spring Festival this year, I experienced multiple margin calls. At a critical moment, I added over $20,000 to my position, but it didn't arrive until the next day. Both my long and short positions were liquidated. Afterwards, customer service asked for my order details and other information, but they haven't resolved the issue. In the end, they blamed it on my own actions! Now all the data has been compressed and packaged, turning all the losses into withdrawals.
