I opened a trading account at TOP1 Markets (TOPONE Markets) and traded USOIL Contracts for Difference (CFD) through the platform. I traded normally based on the real-time quotes displayed on the platform at the time. All related orders were executed normally, and profits were generated in the account after the trades were completed. On 2026/05/15, I submitted a withdrawal application for USD20,000. However, 5 hours after the withdrawal application, the platform notified me via email that due to a delay in the quote transmission from the liquidity provider (LP), USOIL had abnormal quotes between 01:01 and 01:13 GMT+3. Therefore, the platform determined that a total of 22 USOIL trades in my account were abnormal executions and reversed all related profits of USD32,483, while also canceling the original withdrawal application of USD20,000. I subsequently requested the platform to provide complete quotation data, original records from the liquidity provider, external market price comparisons, and specific terms and conditions as evidence for independent verification. However, to date, I have not received complete data sufficient to independently verify their judgment.
