The platform delayed for over a month before issuing the so-called \"violation notice,\" maliciously confiscating my normal trading profits. 1. Explanation of Normal Trading Strategy I use a breakout trading strategy, which involves placing pending orders in both directions at key support and resistance levels through multi-cycle analysis to capture trending market moves. The entire trading process is automatically executed by an EA, with only one-way positions held and no hedging arbitrage involved; pending orders that are not triggered are automatically canceled at regular intervals. The strategy includes standard take profit and stop loss as well as a trailing stop to protect profits, with no manual intervention whatsoever. This strategy is a compliant trend-following strategy and is fundamentally different from prohibited behaviors such as latency arbitrage or two-way hedging. It has been running stably for a long time on multiple regulated platforms such as StarFX, XM, and TMGM, with normal withdrawals and never been deemed a violation. 2. Withdrawal Hindered and Repeated Communication On March 30, 2026, I submitted a normal withdrawal request of $3,000. Although the request was approved, the funds never arrived. Only after contacting my account manager was I told that my account had been restricted by risk control. Starting April 2, I communicated with the platform multiple times and proactively submitted all trading records to prove my innocence. After reviewing, the platform acknowledged that I had not violated any rules, and the withdrawal was successfully processed. 3. Unfounded Rejection and Account Freeze However, on April 6, the platform groundlessly rejected my new withdrawal request, and on April 7, it directly froze and locked my account. I contacted customer service and my account manager daily, requesting clear violation evidence, specific order details, and relevant clause explanations, but only received evasive replies such as \"being processed\" and \"risk control needs time,\" without any substantial progress. It is worth emphasizing that on March 17, 26, 27, and 30, the platform had processed my withdrawals four times normally, all after passing their risk control review, and the funds arrived successfully. 4. The \"Final Notice\" After More Than a Month of Delay It was not until May 11, after my continuous pressure and numerous follow-ups, that the platform finally issued a so-called \"final result\" — a cold violation notice unilaterally declaring my account \"completely in violation\" and claiming that \"as the funds are insufficient to deduct the unjust enrichment, no principal can be withdrawn.\" 5. The Platform's Contradictory Behavior Previously, the platform admitted I had no violations and completed four withdrawals, but now it has arbitrarily determined a violation again without reason. After delaying for over a month without conducting a serious review or engaging in active communication, it merely issued a vague \"completely in violation\" and deemed all funds in my account as \"unjust enrichment," maliciously confiscating my normal trading profits. Please, D Prime, face the problem and uphold industry standards and the spirit of contract. Disregarding facts and arbitrarily deducting user funds not only seriously damages customer rights but will also completely exhaust the platform's credibility.
