I withdrew $1,800 from the platform, and it has been half a month since then and I still haven't been able to withdraw my money. When I asked the customer service, they just gave me vague answers and said that I was in the queue. They also don't reply to my emails and just keep dragging it out. It's definitely a fraudulent platform!
