To date, I have deposited a total of $14,018​ and incurred losses of $10,385. During this period, I repeatedly noticed that the platform’s data was inconsistent with other trading software and its operation was unstable. A clear example occurred on February 13: while other software showed a peak price of $5,033.41, CWG executed a forced liquidation of my position at $5,033.75. After I confronted them with this discrepancy, they compensated for the loss, which itself proves their data was faulty. This was a detectable error only because it occurred at the price peak; discrepancies at mid-range prices would have gone unnoticed. A more severe incident happened on March 9. Due to severe platform lag and system unresponsiveness, I was unable to operate my software or close positions, resulting in a liquidation loss of $6,226. According to platform rules, a forced liquidation should be triggered when remaining margin falls below 50%. Not only did this fail to happen, but my account was pushed into a negative balance of -$579. The fact that CWG later covered this negative balance indicates they were aware of the system lag and freeze at that time. Despite my numerous communications with customer service, they have shifted all responsibility onto me and market conditions, flatly refusing to compensate for the losses directly caused by their platform’s failure. Therefore, I am formally filing this complaint against CWG’s irresponsible conduct and demand compensation of $4,733​ for the losses incurred due to their system’s failure on March 9.
