I have deposited a total of approximately 200,000 in this platform and traded about 2000-3000 lots. When trying to withdraw funds on March 10th, customer service informed me that withdrawals were not possible. One hour later, I could no longer log into the back-end account. There is still $4,500 in the account that cannot be withdrawn. I contacted my superior account manager but received no response. I sent multiple emails to the official support, and they told me to contact my account manager. Today, the account manager has already deleted me, and the principal in the account is currently still unable to be withdrawn.
