FXDD is a scam. They won't let me withdraw.

I traded on FXDD with a trading account number 763159. A week later I found out that my mt4 account automatically had more bonuses. After communicating with the customer service, I learned that this is a bonus for my agent application, but I have to trade a certain amount of lots, and the principal has to be frozen for 90 days before I can apply to withdraw the bonus. I felt that there was a problem with the platform, so I applied for a withdrawal on November 8. On the same day, my bonus was automatically deducted on mt4, but I have never received the money.
