FXDD scammed me and refused to let me withdraw.

I traded on FXDD with a trading account number 763159. A week later I found out that my mt4 account automatically had more bonuses. After communicating with the customer service, I learned that this is a bonus for my agent application, but I have to trade a certain amount of lots, and the principal has to be frozen for 90 days before I can apply to withdraw the bonus. I felt that there was a problem with the platform, so I applied for a withdrawal on November 8. On the same day, my bonus was automatically deducted on mt4, but I have never received the money. I am looking for customer service consultation, customer service said that the application is already being processed, and the money will arrive within 2-3 working days. I waited for a few days, still did not receive the money, so I consulted the customer service again, the customer service said that their docking with the bank at the end of the update, so the withdrawal was delayed. So I waited for another two days, but the money was still not arriving. I went to the customer service and they said that the system is gradually recovering. On November 16th, I consulted customer service again, but the customer service said that I had conducted a violation. During this period, the customer service has been looking for reasons to delay my withdrawal, but in the end they said I had violated their rules. I asked for evidence, but they did not reply. FXDD虚假平台忽悠客户不给出金和本金

本人在FXDD交易一星期盈利几百美金,然后账户自动多出增金,了解完为什么有增金客服说代理申请的,但增金完成手数要本金停留90天才可以出增金,我就觉得平台有问题,然后2号就申请出金,3天没有扣款我就去问客服就忽悠说电汇出了问题,然后我就换信用卡客服也是说信用卡出金也有问题不支持信用卡出金,我就当天换了银联出金,过了一周还没有扣款我就再找客服,客服居然说后台系统有问题没有收到我出金记录,然后我又提交一次,客服说年底更换银行出金会延迟,出了快10天我又找客服,客服说我违规交易不给我出金,我就问客服为什么前面那么久你不说我违规交易干嘛现在说违规交易,客服回答说前面没有查,摆明就是借口不给出金,我喊拿证据出来也不回复,我就问客服到底哪句话是真是假,客服居然回答说现在说的是真的了,意思前面都是在忽悠我,我前面投诉了一次也没有什么进展也没有解决,现在我希望大家的意见到底怎么处理,做这个平台都不给出金希望大家不要再做有进无出,静等我的结果看能不能出金,希望外汇天眼官方能解决下这个问题
