igold’s wrong ask made me lose $1280.

I’ve got 4 orders altogether 1.6 lot gold on igold on October 4th, Friday. The stop profit level of those 4 orders was 1514.92. About 1-2 seconds after 20:30 Beijing time on the same day, the gold price reached 1515.63, which is higher than my stop profit. They should have executed the stop profit. However, the highest gold price ask on igold back then was only 1511.97. This is all wrong. I lost $1280 because of this stop profit problem. I talked with igold, who said they had no problem and it is normal that different companies have different gold ask and refused to compensate me.
