EightCap platform come explain and clarify this!

Ever since September 4th, I lost contact with EightCap service. Meanwhile, my account was banned for no reason, which caused a severe loss. Now I cannot talk with the service. It seemed the platform closed the online service just because they can’t give me an explanation. WifiFX please check this and bring the platform to justice!
