USGFX controlled account deliberately,leading to forced liquidation.

My account number was 200122088.And my order number was 39100547 with its price 1425.The deal price was 1425.28,2.55 kg on 1st,August,2019,Bei Jing time 01.32.59.The order couldn’t close out at 1423.5while the data was normal.Neither closed position nor modification of taking profit of stopping loss was available.The new order couldn’t lock the position,which led to forced liquidation.I sent the note on 2nd,August,while the platform didn’t give any reply.So I made a great loss of $12000,with depositing less than 10 days!Fraud platform controlled my account deliberately and cheated my positions!I addresses the risk management of 0.55kg and 0.5kg on 2nd,August,with 0.5 on 7th,and now my account is nearly under forced liquidation.
