Usg can't follow the order, causing me to lose

My two accounts can't successfully login MT4. I have uploaded the diary and screenshots, including the messages sent me by the order community. MT4 is disconnected.
Please recovery stop loss position, the two orders are 0.1 lots of GBP/JPY on August 15th.

That caused me a major loss. I could have closed orders out according to the community, but the MT4 is disconnected. I have already taken a screenshot where I gained profits. Please solve the problem. If not, I can only resort to the regulatory process. Your server is always offline. I really want to consider trading on other platforms in the future.
