KVB,please pay for us the compensation
I knew that some customers were in the same situation.The profit I earned during 21-23 on 13th,August was deducted by the platform the next day,as well as my trading records deleted.Fortunately,the dairy couldn’t be copied.Anything can be certified.I was told that there was something wrong with the platform and all orders were invalid during that period.I want to ask why you did so instead of sending notifications or closing the trade.Please please pay for us the compensation.Also,there were a series of serious slippage these days,ranging from a few tenths of dollars to above $6.The phenomenon of great losses caused by serious slippage was increasing,which led to forced liquidation.I made a loss of $1 because of after a single.I hope the platform pay for us the appropriate compensation and give a satisfying-respond to us,or I will expose you platform continuously.

看到也有不少客户也是这样的情况,8月13日晚间21-23点本人进行的几笔正常性操作获利资金在第二天被平台直接扣除,交易记录也被删除,幸好日志是无法造假,一切都有证据可循,等到第二天得到的回复竟然是因为平台自身问题出现了错价,错价期间的开仓平仓一律视为无效单,我想请问平台如果在不能进行操作的时候为何不第一时间发送公告,也不第一时间停盘,对于客户合理性的操作竟然给予这样武断的解决方式,请平台给予我们合理赔偿。同时这几日平台还出现了严重滑点的一系列问题,小到0.几美金,最多有大到6美金以上,基本上大部分的单子止损都有滑点现象不断扩大亏损,导致本人资金不足出现了不断的爆仓,还有今天挂追空单子滑点一美金才做上,最终亏损多了一美金,希望平台能正视自身问题平给予合理的赔偿,给广大客户一个满意的答复、否则将持续曝光下去
