Vantage FX only welcomes clients who made losses.It never admit their profits with closing their accounts and giving no access to withdrawal,as well as it distorts the truth by framing clients without evidence.Denying my trade,it claims that I made the short sell myself on the market.If clients’ profit or losses has no relation with you, then why you deducted their withdrawal?Cheater! I will bear my losses,but why you deduct my profit! Having opened an account in the end of July,I deposited to trade on 7th,August.During the trade,I had applied for withdrawal for 3 times,which was refused with no reasons.It also froze my email account,at which time,nobody could contact me.I contacted the platform,also made phone calls and sent emails,but the customer service were always being perfunctory.They said that my account was normal and had transferred it to their clients manager to address for me,with its operators promising to audit the withdrawal in 24 hours.But whenever I contacted them,the manager was always absent,nor did the complaint department. Worrying about my fund,I made a complaint of Vantage FX to AFCA,while they even denied having receive the complaint and slandered my disturbing the market with any excuse.But the quotation was the same when I compared it to other two platforms.I have plenty of evidence,while it has none and drags my withdrawal for no reasons.What acts are you doing with my money! This kind of platform shall be punished severely and license revoked!
