I can’t withdraw on KINGDOM Capital LLC

I applied for a withdraw on it on August 15th and it was approved. The email said I could receive my money within 3 days. It’s been 13 days and I still have’t received my money. Their service phone is fake. What’s the problem?

kingdom Capticl LLC 出金申请已于8月15日通过审核,邮箱答复是"您的出金申请已审核成功，款项会从您的交易账户中提取并于3个工作日内转汇到您的银行账户。",8月15日发给我的电子邮件说出金申请已审核成功，至今已经过去13天了,资金还未到卡上.(客服电话是空号)
有没有明白的朋友,这是怎么回事呢?
