Stop Loss Level: 8.49801 for the first order, 8.49780 for the second.
The whole thing: I’ve set both orders stop loss levels. After 17:00 that day, the ask went sharply down. The price exceeded the stop loss level by more than 1,000 pips, and the platform did not stop loss. I canceled the stop loss of these two orders at around 17:00:35 and made the same lot of short orders in the first time to lock. Then I contacted the customer service of Anzo, the customer service told me that she needs to send an email to communicate with the technical staff and let me not worry. However, who would not be worrying under such a circumstance? This is a tricky problem with their platform, which caused me to lose all my money. As a result, after I waited anxiously for four days, the customer service informed me of the contents of the email given to her by the technical personal: “It is too early for the customer to cancel the stop loss.”
This news really made me angry. I thought that the technical personal would say apologize words like "the platform and LP quotes will cause slippage when something big happened..." and so on. My money is gone. That technical personal was just squinting. It really made me mad.... I hope that with the help of website exposure and the power of foreign exchange friends, this scam platform will be kept away from the market and more friends will not be fooled. Do not choose this platform for the foreign exchange. You should choose bigger platforms, not slippage, not tricks. Don't choose Anzo, this is a scam........
