I can't withdraw money. They say they will help us.

So far I have not been able to withdraw the money, I have paid the taxes but the money has not arrived. We received a new message from Vistova's executive team saying they will send out a general communication to all customers to provide a solution for withdrawing funds. Due to a problem, they will only respond via email. This is a nightmare.
