I want my money back

I registered to borrow a sum of money from the exchange. When I made a profit the exchange requires me to deposit money to pay the debt before allowing me to withdraw profits. I have paid part of it and I want the exchange to deduct the remaining debt, but the exchange uses the excuse that it does not have the right to deduct, even though the amount in my account is 5 times more than the current debt, and they frozen my account.
