Justmarkets unscrupulous platform, maliciously erased my profits!

I traded on this unscrupulous platform and made fifteen thousand dollars. After that, I want to withdraw my money, but it said I violated the rules of trading. I can only deposit but not withdraw. I asked their customer service many times before I started trading, and they said they would allow me this type of trading strategy. After making money, they refused to withdraw the money and blocked my background! Payback!
